a. Rahin (Pawn) : Delivery of good from client to the bank (murtahin) as a guarantee to get a loan.
b. Qardh : Borrowing and lending fund without any return with an obligation of the borrower’s party to return the loan principal at once or by installment during a certain term.
c. Ijarah : Renting and giving rental over a good or service between the owner of the rental object and the renter in order to get return benefit in the from of rental fee.

a. For Bank : Getting client’s loyalty and profit from the fee charged to the client who has entrusted the asset to the bank and also facilitating additional guarantee binding in the financing.
