Jakarta - At the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, IBLA (Indonesian Bank Loyalty Award) was granted to some general banks, syaria banks, and credit card issuers in Indonesia on February 24, 2010. The award receivers had been thoroughly assessed before and they have achieved the Best Customer Loyalty Index based on the research outcome of the Indonesian Bank Loyalty Index (IBLI) 2010 which was conducted by Markplus Insight during October – December 2009. Attended by many Indonesian banking leaders, in this event Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah has won IBLA 2010 in ‘The Best of Loyalty Program’ category for ‘Saving Account Islamic Banking Program’. The award was given by Mr. Taufik, the Chief Executive of MarkPlus Insight to CIMB Niaga Syariah which was represented by Mr. U. Saefudin Noer, the Syariah Banking Head.
